A-MINT/GREEN WATER
Ingredients :
- 1 Green Chilly
- 4 to 5 mint leaves
- 2 to 3 cilantro or coriander leaves
- 1 Tbsp Pani Puri Masala
- 1/2 Tbsp Black salt
- 1/2 Tbsp regular salt
- 1/2 Tbsp black paper powder
- 1/2 Tbsp cumin seeds powder
Method :
- Grind all ingredients..
- Mix 1/2 cup of water and strain it...
- Mint water is ready refrigerate it for 1/2 Hrs and add ice cubes before serving.
B-BLACK GRAPES/BLACK WATER
Ingredients :
- 1 cup of Fresh Grape juice
- 1 Green Chilly
- 4 to 5 mint leaves
- 2 to 3 cilantro or coriander leaves
- 1 Tbsp Pani Puri Masala
- 1/2 Tbsp Black salt
- 1/2 Tbsp regular salt
- 1/2 Tbsp black paper powder
- 1/2 Tbsp cumin seeds powder
Method :
- Grind all ingredients..
- Mix 1/2 cup of water and strain it...
- Grapes water is ready refrigerate it for 1/2 Hrs and add ice cubes before serving.
C-GARLIC/RED WATER
Ingredients :
- 1 clove of Garlic boil it with 1 cup of water for 5 to 10 minutes and leave it for 15 minutes
- 1/2 Tbsp red chilly powder
- 1/2 Tbsp Black Salt
- 1/2 regular salt
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp Pani Puri Masala
Method :
- Grind all ingredients....
- Mix 1/4 cup of water and strain it...
- Garlic Water is ready u can serve it hot or cool as per your taste.
Serve with :
- Chopped Onions
- Pani Puri Papdi
- Soaked and Boiled chickpea's
- Mashed Boiled Potatoes
- Tamarind date Chutney
